Very cool side button boots by "Sorosis" brand. These likely date from the early 1890s.

Sizing on boots is always approximate, and I urge you to take careful measurements and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
These seem to be an approximate size 8 to 8.5 US women's, but please check the following measurements.
10.75" inner sole length
3.25" width measured across the bottom of the sole at the ball of the foot, and 9.5" circumference at the same spot measured from the outside.
7.75" total height, 1.5" heel.
10.25" circumference at the ankle and 9.5" circumference at the top opening.

Some notable wear to the leather, which is flaking on the uppers. All buttons present. Wear to the soles, but they are not worn through.
