Lovely dark green and black embroidered shirt-waist circa 1900s.
I believe it is a wool silk blend, but I'm not entirely certain. It is soft and has a bit of stretch.
Wide half sleeves with lace trim, which is echoed at the collar. Hook and eye closures down the center back.
I had a difficult time capturing the color of this piece, and the photos really don't do her justice.

Faded spot on one side close to underarm, mostly hidden
A bit of rust on a couple of the hooks
