1910s-1920s Black Silk Cape

Absolutely fabulous, luxurious black silk cape circa 1910s-1920s. 

It is long with hand knotted fringe and tassels on the ends of the ties. 

It is has a label by the maker Conrad Sperka, who was a dressmaker in the early 20th century in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Ties are 38" long including tassels

Good condition overall with some minor flaws to note:

• A few very faint discolorations in the silk
• Some loosening threads here and there, some seams may need to be restitched 
• The fringe is loose in one section and could be restitched if desired
• Some wear to the tassels

Wearable with extra care due to age.
