Lovely white cotton dress circa 1910s by B. Altman! I love finding pieces with the tag still present :)
There are three layers of closures on this piece (as you will find on many pieces from the era)!
On the top, the base layer is a net lace bodice lining, which closes with hooks and threads down the center front. The next is a thin layer that also closes with hooks and threads. Finally, there are two pointed flaps that cross over and close with a single snap.
There are hooks and eyes at the wide inner waistband of cotton twill and snap closures at the waist and down the side, as well as snaps to close the attached belt.
A really lovely piece, perfect for spring and summer.

A little "as-is," this beauty is wearable with care but may benefit from a few small darns. There are scattered thin places and holes in the gauze-like cotton fabric, small holes in the net bodice lining, and two larger holes (one on the collar and the other on the second bodice layer), as shown in the photos.
I also spotted a few very faint, small stains, but these are not noticeable.
