They are by "Shoecraft Shop," a high end New York shoe store. I have found references to Shoecraft Shop in a few issues of the Boot and Shoe Recorder (a trade magazine) as early as 1921, and they likely date a bit further back than that.

A patent was applied for under the Shoecraft name in 1928 for "STOCKINGS, RUBBER OVERSHOES, GAITERS, HEEL CUSHIONS, HEEL PADS, SHOES SANDALS, AND BOOTS OF LEATHER AND FABRIC AND COMBINATIONS OF THESE MATERIALS."

Likely best for a 6.5-7 US. I wear a 7.5 and they fit *okay* but they're too snug for me to wear them for any length of time.
They are marked as a size 6B, but do seem larger than a US size 6 to me, possibly due to being stretched out some.

Good condition with a few places of wear (see photos). The soles also have wear but there is plenty of life left.
