Beautiful necklace made of woven light brown hair circa 1870s.
Gold filled barrel clasp.
Could also be looped around the wrist and worn as a bracelet.

Lovely condition overall with some minor wear. There is a spot of damage on the barrel clasp and a couple of worn places on the chain, but not very noticeable.
It is wearable with care, though I would be careful not to add a very heavy pendant. The pendant shown in the photos works well with it, but anything much heavier would risk damaging the chain.
