Beautiful sterling silver small kilt pin style brooch circa mid-late 19th century.
Shaped like a scepter with a faceted amethyst at the top and set with jasper, bloodstone, and two faceted quartz rock crystal stones.
During the Victorian era, Scottish jewelry became very widely popular due to Queen Victoria's love of all things Scottish.
Unmarked but tests as sterling silver.
