Lovely 10k gold ring with faux pearl and green round glass "stones."
Marked W XXX, early maker's mark for JR Wood. Tested as 10k gold.
The J. R. Wood Company was established in Brooklyn in 1850. The company, now called ArtCarved, is still in business!

Lovely condition overall with some flaws to note:
- Faux pearl appears slightly off-center and shows some minor wear
- The band looks to have been cut and repaired but the cut is still visible and may need repair in the future (should be quite affordable and can easily be done when/if the ring is resized)
