Very sweet cotton wrapper dress circa 1890s with gigot sleeves! The dark blue fabric is very soft with a pattern of little yellow flowers.

Lovely condition overall for her age and wearable with care. Some small mends on the hem at the back of the skirt, likely wear a heel caught and made a tear. Missing one button and some buttons mismatched. There is also some slight wear and tear around the buttons from use.
