Fastens down the center back with hooks/eyes and buttons. Unlined.

Condition overall is fair to good with some flaws to note:
Missing multiple hooks and buttons
Fading on a few parts of the skirt
Scattered faint stains
Small lace breaks in the collar
Faint odor from storage
Loose seams and stitches here and there
Lace collar was lightly lined with tissue silk, but it has been removed
Best for study or display, though the silk is still very sturdy. With a few minor repairs if could be worn with extra care.
