Sizing on shoes is always approximate, and I urge you to take careful measurements and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
I believe these are an approximate size 7 US women's (I wear a 7.5 and they're just slightly narrow at the toe), but please check the following measurements.

3 1/8" width measured across the bottom of the sole at the ball of the foot and 9.25" circumference measured at the same point

Good condition overall with some flaws to note. Leather has some wear and discoloration in many places. Some wear/staining to the insoles. There is a small tear in one shoe at the ankle. Minor wear to the soles.
These are wearable with care, but do keep in mind they are antiques. I highly suggest finding a good cobbler. It is usually quite affordable to have repairs done.
