Beautiful cotton camisole circa late teens to early twenties.
Lace straps and lace trim around the top.
I have included a catalog page in the photographs of the listing from a 1919-1920 catalog showing corset covers, brassieres, and camisoles.
It would be lovely worn as a top for the spring and summer.

Measurements taken with garment laid flat. Double where appropriate:
20.5" across the bottom or high waist
22" armpit to armpit
9" length measured from the armpit to bottom hem

Lovely condition with minor wear from age. Very faint discoloration in underarms, not noticeable. Original elastic waistband is no longer stretchy. Missing ribbon from around the collar (would have been woven into the lace, can easily be replaced if desired). Wearable with care.
