Lovely gold filled arrow brooch circa 1890s.

The arrow can have several different meanings (Cupid's arrow is one of the more popular interpretations when shot through a heart), but I like to see it as a symbol of forward movement, progress, and victory.

+++ Measurements +++

2 3/4" x 1/2"

+++ Condition +++

Good condition overall with some minor age-related wear and patina. A couple of tiny gaps/spaces between the front and back pieces where the metal has been slightly bent, but this is not very noticeable and the brooch presents beautifully. Some wear to the gold fill, especially on the back side of the brooch.
