Lovely condition overall for her age with some minor age-related wear and discoloration, some small holes, etc. Please see all photos for the best condition report.
The green ribbon ties are likely a later addition/replacement.
Best for study or display. Always exercise caution when handling items from this time period that were dyed green. Although I am not certain if arsenic was used in this particular piece, it is a possibility.
