Victorian Black Tape Lace Cape

Incredible Victorian cape entirely covered with tape lace.

It is black but some portions are slightly faded.

There is a sweet little pocket inside and a beautifully embellished collar with tassels.

Hook and eye closures at the collar and partway down the front.

14" max neck circumference and 28" in length.

Very good antique condition.

I do not see any flaws of note aside from the light fading of some sections and a few hanging threads here and there. There are a couple of pinhead size holes in the lining.

The lining is a very thin tissue silk, but it is amazingly intact. Wearable with care.
